This Disclaimer explains the intended purpose and limits of QBO Dojo products and simulations.

1. Practice Materials, Not Instruction

QBO Dojo provides standalone practice files and a simulated client environment. QBO Dojo is not a course, school, tutoring service, or step-by-step bookkeeping training program. Customers are expected to investigate, make decisions, and perform work using their own knowledge, professional judgment, and outside resources.

In the live simulation, QBO Dojo acts as the fictional business or client. Responses supply scenario facts or simulated-client information; they are not teaching, coaching, or instructions for how to complete the bookkeeping.

2. Fictional U.S.-Based Scenarios

Businesses, people, accounts, transactions, statements, records, communications, and circumstances presented by QBO Dojo are fictional or simulated. Any resemblance to an actual person or business is coincidental unless expressly stated otherwise.

Scenarios, terminology, accounting conventions, tax references, and business practices are designed for U.S. businesses and U.S. accounting environments. International customers are responsible for determining whether the materials are suitable for their location.

3. No Professional Advice

QBO Dojo Content and communications do not constitute individualized bookkeeping, accounting, tax, legal, investment, employment, financial, or business advice. They do not create an accountant-client, bookkeeper-client, attorney-client, tax-professional-client, fiduciary, employment, or agency relationship.

Users are responsible for seeking qualified professional advice before acting for a real business or client.

4. Multiple Reasonable Approaches

Bookkeeping work often permits more than one reasonable treatment. Sample completed work, comparison reports, automated feedback, and human feedback reflect one possible approach based on the fictional facts. They are not definitive answer keys and do not establish the only acceptable method.

5. Automated and AI-Assisted Feedback

Rules-based systems and artificial intelligence may help generate scenario responses or feedback. Automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or context-dependent. It is informational and should be evaluated using professional judgment. A subscriber may request human review or clarification through support@qbodojo.com.

6. No Credential or Guarantee

Completion does not produce a certificate, score, badge, professional designation, certification, license, or formal competency credential. QBO Dojo does not guarantee employment, promotion, clients, income, certification, competence, business performance, or successful handling of a real engagement.

7. Third-Party Software

QBO Dojo does not control QuickBooks Online or other third-party technology. Interfaces, features, imports, prices, availability, and compatibility may change without notice. Standalone customers must obtain their own compatible software access. Live-simulation software access is temporary and ends with the subscription.

QBO Dojo is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by Intuit Inc. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks and service marks of Intuit Inc. References identify third-party software with which QBO Dojo materials may be used.
