This Policy explains QBO Dojo's final-sale rules, duplicate-charge corrections, replacement remedies, and subscription cancellation process.
1. Digital Sales Are Final
All standalone digital-product purchases and subscription charges are final and nonrefundable, except for verified duplicate charges or where a refund is required by applicable law. Because digital products can be accessed, copied, imported, or downloaded immediately, QBO Dojo does not provide refunds based on dissatisfaction, change of mind, failure to download on time, software cost, lack of compatible software, skill level, time availability, mistaken expectations, or a customer's decision not to use the product.
2. Duplicate Charges
If QBO Dojo or its payment processor charges the same customer more than once for the same transaction, the customer must report the suspected duplicate within 30 calendar days after the charge by emailing support@qbodojo.com. After verifying the duplicate, QBO Dojo will reverse or refund the duplicate amount to the original payment method. A separately authorized purchase, subscription renewal, upgrade, or different product is not a duplicate charge.
3. Inaccessible or Materially Defective Standalone Products
If a standalone product cannot be accessed or contains a material technical defect that prevents its intended use, contact support@qbodojo.com within 30 calendar days after purchase. QBO Dojo's remedy will be to restore access, repair the product, provide corrected files, or provide a substantially equivalent replacement. An inaccessible or materially defective product does not qualify for a cash refund unless applicable law requires one.
A product is not materially defective merely because the customer prefers another format or approach, lacks compatible software, encounters a third-party software change, disagrees with a reasonable bookkeeping treatment, or expected instruction, tutoring, grading, certification, or services not included in the product description.
4. Thirty-Day Download Period
Standalone files must be downloaded within 30 calendar days after purchase. QBO Dojo is not required to provide replacement download access after that period. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Customers may cancel through their online account or by emailing support@qbodojo.com. An online cancellation is effective when submitted. An email cancellation request must be received at least three business days before the renewal date to ensure processing before renewal. A request received later may not prevent the next scheduled charge.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Subscription fees are not prorated, credited, or refunded for unused time.
6. Annual Renewal Notice and Price Changes
QBO Dojo will send annual subscribers a renewal reminder approximately 30 days before renewal. QBO Dojo will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before an existing subscriber's renewal price increases.
7. Simulation Access After Cancellation
When the paid subscription period ends, access to the subscriber's individual QuickBooks simulation company ends immediately. The company may be deleted without notice or recovery. Subscribers must export any permitted work product before access ends.
8. Outages and Third-Party Technology
QBO Dojo does not control QuickBooks Online, Intuit, GoHighLevel, Stripe, internet providers, hosting systems, or other third-party technology and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. When reasonably practical, QBO Dojo may restore access, extend a subscription, provide replacement access, or offer another accommodation. No refund, credit, or extension is guaranteed for an outage or change outside QBO Dojo's reasonable control.
9. Chargebacks
Customers should contact support@qbodojo.com to report suspected billing errors. QBO Dojo may suspend account, product, and simulation access while a chargeback or payment dispute is pending and may terminate access if a charge is reversed or the dispute is fraudulent or abusive.
10. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Customers receiving immediately delivered digital content may be required to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that a statutory withdrawal right may end when access or downloading begins. Different mandatory rules may apply to an ongoing digital service subscription.
11. Contact
Refund, duplicate-charge, access, and cancellation requests should be sent to support@qbodojo.com. Include the account email, transaction date, product or subscription, and a description of the issue.
