This Is Where
Learning Turns Into Doing.
QBO Dojo doesn't teach you every click. It gives you enough structure to practice being the bookkeeper. Meet the client, work the books, and check your work against the Practice Review. The decisions are yours, and that's where the practice happens.
From Choosing a Client to Checking Your Work.
Six practical steps take you from browsing to a finished set of books you can evaluate.
Choose Your Client
Browse Practice Clients by industry, belt, and release month. Read the scenario teaser, then pick the business you want to take on.
Purchase and Download
Complete checkout and download your package files. Practice Client files must be downloaded within 30 days of purchase. Keep your own copies.
Create Your QBO Practice Company
Set up a separate QuickBooks Online company for the client. Start with an eligible 30-day trial through your accountant account, or use a dedicated paid company.
Follow the Package Setup
Use the import-ready materials and setup guidance in your package to bring the client's records into QuickBooks and establish the starting position.
Work the Books
Categorize, match, investigate, reconcile, and make the bookkeeping decisions the engagement requires, the same work you'd do for a real client.
Compare with the Practice Review
When you're ready, check your completed books against the Practice Review to see where your result matches the intended outcome and what deserves another look.
Practice the Part Courses Can’t Give You.
Courses teach you how QuickBooks works. QBO Dojo gives you a place to be responsible for the books: the judgment, investigation, and decisions that only come from doing the work yourself.
Make the Decisions Yourself
You're given a client and the information you need, not a step-by-step guide. The bookkeeping decisions are yours to make, just as they would be with a paying client.
Complete, Connected Books
Each client's facts, transactions, balances, and statements are built to agree with one another, so the work you do reflects a coherent business, not isolated exercises.
A Result You Can Check
When you finish, the Practice Review shows how your books compare with the intended outcome. That feedback loop is what turns practice into improvement.

The Numbers Should Tell One Story.
QBO Dojo clients are built so the client facts, transactions, balances, statements, and expected accounting result belong together. Then each client goes through extensive structural and bookkeeping validation before release. If a material technical defect prevents a practice client from being used as intended, contact support so the affected product can be investigated and addressed under the applicable policy.
Coherent Business Models
Each scenario starts with a business and its economic reality - customers, vendors, sales, expenses, and banking activity.
Interconnected Workflows
Transactions connect naturally: invoices lead to payments, purchases lead to bills, and bank activity reflects real business operations.
Validated for Reconciliation
Scenarios are validated for structural integrity and reconciliation before release, so you can trust the books you're working.
One Environment. Four Stages.
Practice clients are one part of the QBO Dojo environment. Research concepts, compare approaches, and build toward live client simulation.
