Morning Bell Coffee Cart
Morning Bell Coffee Cart is serving its first customers on a county office plaza. Card taps, cash sales, office catering invoices and daily ingredient purchases make this a small business with plenty to sort out.
Your assignment is to make the activity on the plaza readable in the books. Distinguish immediate sales from catering billed to offices, work through the related receipts, and account for the cart's purchases. Close the quarter with reconciliations that connect the day-to-day records to a useful picture of the business.
